Book your washing online, you can customise the wash service to meet your unique needs


At check out, you will be charged a minimum of 7KG ($5 per kg & $10 pickup and delivery fee)


Once your washing arrives at our laundromat, we will weigh your washing and confirm the weight withyou via an invoice.


This invoice must be paid before we return your washing.


Kindly place your laundry in a garbage bag or ensure all bags and baskets are clearly labelled with your full name to assist with accurate collection and return.


Your washing will be collected on you selected collection day (either Tuesday or Thursday)


Your washing will be washed, dried and folded with care by our wonderful team.

Frequently asked questions
What are pick up and delivery times?

Laundry will be collected between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

What is the turnaround time?

All orders will be returned within 48 business hours of pickup.

How should I leave my laundry for pick up?

In a garage bag or basket. As long as it can be collected by our staff.
How will my washing be returned?

We will place in a clean bag ready for you to collect from your front door.

Do I need to be home for pick up or delivery?

No, just leave your washing at your front door.

How is my washing charged?

Upon check out, you are charged a minimum of $45 ($5 per kg & $10 pickup and delivery fee)


Once your washing is weighed, we issue an invoice, which will be sent to the email address you used to supply your washing

If the additional invoice is NOT paid within 24 hours, we will wash ONLY 7KG and return the extra washing as is.

Some items i would like ironed but not all items, how does this work?

Please ensure that the items you would like ironed, are in a separate bag or basked and are labelled: TO BE IRONED


This will ensure only the items intended for ironing are ironed.
